- Heather T Added April 30, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered a floral cake topper for a special birthday cake. Gave them a photo and paid the $45 in advance. When I arrived the next day to collect it, it was very badly done. Too high on the top and awful grey suede leaves that can't go on a cake! One single stem of a Singapore orchid dropped down the side all alone, looking ridiculous and the blooms weren't even open! I asked them to add a couple of flowers but they wouldn't. I asked them for a refund and they said no. I asked them to swap it with a bunch of flowers that cost $40. Less than thecake topper but they refused. They got the owner on the phone and when I said I wasn't happy and that it didn't look good he said he did it and I was rude. I was so upset by this stage. The girls begrudgingly gave me 3 extra flowers and I had to go home and make it all again myself. Very disappointed in their attitude and service.
